• Refunds: Refunds are subject to Apple's App Store policies

4. User ResponsibilitiesUsers are responsible for:

5. Data PrivacyWe respect your privacy and handle your data according to our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Chart images are processed for analysis and not stored permanently

6. Payment Processing & Subscription ManagementWe use RevenueCat for subscription management and Apple's App Store for payment processing:

• Your payment information is handled securely by Apple's App Store
• We never see or store your credit card information
• Subscription billing and renewals are managed through Apple's App Store
• You can manage your subscription through your Apple ID account settings
• Refunds and cancellations are processed according to Apple's App Store policies
• RevenueCat handles subscription analytics and customer management

7. AI Analysis ServicesWe use OpenAI's API for chart analysis:

• Your chart images are temporarily sent to OpenAI for analysis only
• Images are not stored by OpenAI after processing
• Analysis results are returned to your device and stored locally
• AI analysis is provided "as is" and may contain errors or inaccuracies

8. Limitation of LiabilityCandleLens is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Any financial losses resulting from use of the application
• Inaccuracies in analysis results
• Technical issues or service interruptions

9. Intellectual PropertyAll content, features, and functionality of CandleLens are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.10.
